That depends on how many rentals we have that day. If we have a lot of rentals that day, we may need to set up as early as the evening before. If this is the case, we will call to confirm that someone will be at the party location.

No. The jump should be clean when you get it. Smalls Event Rentals cleans and disinfects after every rental with Simple Green 3D.
Yes. A blower keeps air in the jump unit the entire time. Once unplugged they deflate.
The only time to unplug the blower is if its raining or if its not in use.
If it rains please unplug the blower and store in a safe dry place until it stops raining.

As of right now we do not setup in parks.
Cash is preferred or all major credit / debit cards. If paying by cash, please have exact change as our drivers do not carry cash.
Cancellation Policy: Deposits are refundable within 24 hours of booking. If you need to cancel after the 24 hour period we will issue you a rain check thats good for up to 1 year from the cancellation date. If the event is canceled 3 days or more prior to delivery date and the order is paid in full, the full amount (minus the deposit) will refunded. If you cancel 2 days or less before the event date you have the option to reschedule or accept a raincheck. The raincheck is valid for up to 1 year from the cancellation date. ***No refund will be issued.***
Yes all orders over $100 require a non refundable (after 24 hours) $75 credit card deposit to reserve the unit. Orders over $300 require a non refundable deposit of $100. The deposit is applied to the full balance Deposits are refundable within 24 hours of booking unless there is a weather issue.
